We want you to love your Ashley Stewart purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of the shipping date. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
